Terms of service

1. Operator, scope and acceptance

Gleesome is operated by Veloxa Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights continue to apply.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms to create an account or organize a campaign. You must be authorized to act for any beneficiary or organization you represent. Provide accurate information, protect your password, keep contact details current and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. Platform role and campaign responsibilities

Gleesome provides fundraising technology and operational review; it is not a charity, nonprofit, beneficiary, insurer or guarantor of campaign outcomes. Organizers are responsible for truthful claims, permission to share information, lawful fundraising, the stated use of funds and timely updates. Review is not independent verification of every claim. Follow the Campaign guidelines and applicable payment-provider restrictions.

4. Donations, fees and payouts

Donations are voluntary and are not purchases of a guaranteed result. Payments are processed by Stripe subject to its applicable terms. Read Fees & payouts and the Donation & refund policy before paying or requesting a withdrawal. Public totals and withdrawable balances are different; processor fees, platform fees, refunds, reconciliation, availability dates and reservations affect organizer balances. No automatic tax deduction is promised.

Payouts require eligibility, a verified supported method and approval. Manual execution, exchange rates and network fees apply as described in Fees & payouts. You are responsible for correct crypto addresses, assets and networks. Irreversible transfer risk remains even after approval. We may hold a request for review where required by law, provider rules or a substantiated safety concern.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in your content. By submitting it, you grant the operator a non-exclusive license to host, format, display and share it as needed to operate and promote your campaign and the service, subject to your permissions and applicable privacy law. You must have the necessary rights and consents. Gleesome branding and platform materials remain the property of their respective rights holders; no ownership is transferred to you.

6. Restrictions, suspension and closure

Do not misuse accounts, circumvent security, submit unlawful or deceptive content, infringe rights or interfere with the service. We may restrict access, reject content or suspend or close accounts for violations, risk, legal requirements or provider requirements. Where appropriate, contact support to request a review. Closure does not erase outstanding obligations or records that must be retained.

7. Availability, liability and third parties

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Third-party services, payment networks and blockchain networks may fail or change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of campaign accuracy or outcomes. We are not liable for losses caused by another user’s wrongdoing or an incorrect wallet address except where applicable law places responsibility on us. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, infringement or material breach of these terms. This does not apply to the operator’s own misconduct or remove mandatory protections.

8. Questions and changes

Contact us through the support form about these terms, disputes or account closure. We may update these terms and show the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated where required by law; continued use is subject to the terms that lawfully apply. These terms do not restrict any mandatory right to bring a complaint or claim.
