Current payout methods and timing

Approved withdrawals are normally completed within 3 business days after approval. This is an operating target, not a guaranteed deadline. It does not include the time needed for donation funds to become available or for a request to be approved.

Public totals and organizer balances

Public raised = confirmed gross donations minus refunded donation principal. Stripe fees and Gleesome fees are not subtracted from the public raised amount. Supporters and donation transactions are counted separately.

The organizer’s net amount accounts for actual recorded Stripe fees and the fixed Gleesome fee applicable to each donation. Stripe fees vary by transaction and are reconciled from processor records. We do not advertise a universal Stripe fee percentage. Historical donations retain their recorded fee policy.

What the balance labels mean

Gross: the donation amount before fees. Net: the organizer amount after applicable fees and adjustments. Processing: net funds that are not yet available, including donations awaiting processor fee or availability reconciliation. Available: eligible funds whose recorded availability date has arrived, after reservations and applicable adjustments. Reserved: available funds set aside for a pending or approved withdrawal. Paid: withdrawals recorded as executed. A reserved amount cannot be requested twice.

Requesting a payout

Withdrawals are manual and reviewed by the platform. Save a supported payout method, complete its email verification and check the recipient address and network carefully. A request uses one campaign’s available balance; it does not combine balances from other campaigns. Approval is not proof that a transfer has already been sent.

Crypto conversion and responsibility

Campaign balances are recorded in their campaign currency. A crypto payout records the actual exchange rate, crypto amount, network and transaction reference used at execution. EUR is not assumed to equal one USDT or one USDC. A network fee may apply and is recorded with its currency.

Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for choosing a compatible wallet, asset and network and checking the complete address. Incorrect details can cause permanent loss. Additional verification, processor delays, compliance checks or network conditions may delay or prevent a payout.
