Campaign guidelines

Tell an honest story. Respect the people in it. Explain how support will help.

Campaigns we can consider

Lawful personal needs, emergencies, medical needs, family support, education, community projects and humanitarian needs may be considered. Every campaign remains subject to review, applicable law and payment-provider restrictions. A category appearing here does not guarantee approval.

What your campaign must explain

Identify the organizer and beneficiary, your relationship, the need, the fundraising goal and intended use of funds. Use current, accurate information. Obtain consent before sharing another person’s story, health details, name or image; take extra care with children and vulnerable people. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Provide meaningful updates, disclose material changes, cooperate with reasonable document requests and use funds for the stated purpose. Keep your contact and payout details accurate. If plans change, explain the change and contact support when necessary.

What is not allowed

Fraud, false or misleading claims, impersonation, illegal activity, prohibited goods or services, hate, promotion of violence, sanctions evasion, stolen content and infringement of another person’s rights are prohibited. Campaigns must not misrepresent charity status, tax benefits, guarantees, identities or relationships.

Review and enforcement

We may request changes, decline publication, restrict activity or suspend a campaign or account. A previously approved campaign can be reviewed again if new concerns arise. Contact support with the campaign link if you want a decision reviewed; review does not guarantee reinstatement.
